Do I have to provide my own sheets?

No, our professional cleaning team provides guest sheets and uses a 25 point cleaning system before and after guests to ensure your place is always spotless.

What about damages?

We check for damages and send you real-time photos once guests leave. For any claims, please fill out our claim form so we can mediate on your behalf.

What if my guests have issues during their stay?

We have a team working around the clock to help resolve any issues that arise during your guests' stay so that you don't have to!
